The RAD Lab highly values and appreciates the contributions of our undergraduate volunteers. 

• Many students are able to complete their honors/senior theses (PSY 4993, 5993, etc.). 
• Students are typically asked to commit at least 10 hours per week for at least two semesters. 
• Students are required to sign up for PSY 5993 (Directed Research - 3 credits per semester). 
• Tasks include data entry and quality assessment, assisting with participant appointments, recruitment, and other various jobs. Students may also have the opportunity to pursue their own independent research, present posters, and help write manuscripts.
